Both design and play involve mentally creative activities enabling all forms of free and curious experiments. In fact, well-designed playgrounds set children free and enrich their time to play. This edition delves into famous designs of playgrounds from around the world that show spaces which capture the essence of playing. We will feature several playgrounds with innovative play structures and equipment designed by playground-specialized design companies, as well as schools and kindergartens, all of which integrate playing into learning, as well as playground-like exhibition halls. All of these capture the essence of playgrounds: playing without purpose.
